Now here's what our trailer connector's going to look like. It's going to provide us a 7-Way at the back of our truck so we can have all the required lights to get down the road with our trailer. It's going to give us our clearance lights, our turn signals, our brake lights, and even our backup lights. more

Hopkins Endurance 7-Way RV Trailer Connector Review - 2002 Chevrolet Silverado- Video
Speaker 1: Today on our 2002 Chevrolet Silverado, we're going to review and install the Hopkins Endurance Twist mount, 7-Way RV trailer connector, part number HM40930. This is what the connector looks like once it's installed on the truck. Now this is a great replacement for your original connector like this one right here, which has getting sun damaged, and the plastic can get brittle over time. Or a lot of times I see these guys just smashed. One thing you really don't see, it's hard to tell, but inside these pins here, you'll end up getting with corrosion inside there. At that point, there's nothing that you can do but replace it. more

Hopkins Trailer Wiring Connector Installation - 2013 Chevrolet Silverado- Video
Today on our 2013 Chevrolet Silverado, we're going to be showing you how to install the Hopkins Endurance Multi-Tow Twist-Mount 7-Way RV and 4-way Flat Trailer Connector. This is for the vehicle end. Part number is HM40920. A few of the great things about the Endurance line from Hopkins, especially with this plug: our door, you can see we've got dual tabs, but this is going to open past the 180 degrees. This is going to allow us plenty of access to get in there and get our plug plugged in. We can see that line right around there. more

Trailer Wiring Harness Installation - 2013 Chevrolet Silverado HM48420- Video
Today in our 2013 Chevy Silverado, well be installing the Hopkins Endurance 6-Pole Trailer Connector Socket part number HM48420. This will be in conjunction with the Pollak 5th Wheel and Goose Neck Trailer Connector Wiring Harness part number PK11932. To begin our install, well take our Hopkins 6-Pole and make sure we have a hole saw large enough so that the 6-Pole can be mounted in our bedside. Were going to mount it about right here, so well go ahead and take our hole saw and drill a hole in the bed liner and side. Now we can take our wiring harness and feed it from underneath up and out the free drilled hole. Once we feed it through, well go ahead and pull it out so we can work with the end. Typically we would install a seven blade end that would connect to this wiring harness, but because we need a 6-pole trailer connector to connect to our trailer end, were going to go ahead and remove each one of these connectors. more

Trailer Wiring Harness Adapter Installation - 1999 Chevrolet Silverado- Video
Today on our 1999 Chevy Silverado well be adding the Hopkins Adapter Four Pole to Seven Pole and Four Pole, part number 37185. This vehicle was previously equipped with a four pole that was direct wired to the manufacturers harness. Its already been removed so we can go ahead and strip back the brown, green and yellow wires that run directly from the manufacturers tow package. Then well add the butt connectors to each end. With that done were ready to go ahead and add the bracket to the seven and four pole. Well use the hardware provided to secure the bracket to the seven and four pole. more
